The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) and Herbalife International Family Foundation (HIFF) are non-profit organizations providing financial assistance to disadvantaged children around the world.

Compassion born of personal understanding
The HFF was created by Herbalife's founder, Mark Hughes. As a troubled youth, Mark recognized the immeasurable value of a helping hand in turning his own life around. And with his eventual success came a powerful desire to give back to the community by helping other "at-risk" children to a better start in life.

Helping hands reaching around the world
Mark created the Herbalife Family Foundation in 1994 to support the work of various children's charities. Others followed Mark's lead, and the HFF received generous donations from Herbalife International, and individuals within, and independent of, the Company. A sister organization, the Herbalife International Family Foundation (HIFF) was formed in 1998 to extend the reach of the HFF around the world.

Since 1994, the HFF and HIFF have donated more than $5 million to charitable organizations to help provide food, shelter, clothing and basic needs to children in more than 25 countries worldwide.
